My space

My space was a performative work that lasted three weeks, during which Seleznev was making objects in a virtual cell, creating a diary of  visual codes absorbed by the artist during the training.  Viewers could see the process of space changing. The artist reflects cultural and social layers which connect with his generation.  Bizarrely combining the themes of labor, borders and the Soviet past, Seleznev creates his work. Inviting the viewer to go inside a closed space, the artist demonstrates a fragile inner world.
