Phonatory bands

Our reality is something to which we are willingly or reluctantly accustomed. With the passage of time, even very strange things are already becoming mundane and unobtrusive. The main character of Phonatory band is a very unusual building of The House of Culture for Connection workers which is in St. Petersburg. Like a giant monument of the soviet era the house rises above the blocks of residential buildings, resembling a giant Leviathan. Seleznev decides to add sound to emphasize the mysteriousness of this building.  With the help of a sound system, during the weekend of the Prospect Art Festival, the audience could hear the disturbing and mysterious sounds of sea creatures that were emitted by the building.
